May 5, 2021Since customers are the most crucial pillar for the survival of any organization, customer retention and customer-centricity are vital for the growth and sustainability of a business. To succeed in competitive markets, companies must pay close attention to customer needs, product quality, and service delivery, as a dissatisfied customer can gradually drive a company out of the competition.
Given the increasing focus on customer-centricity among organizations and companies, and in line with Article 44 of the Iranian Constitution, the National Festival of 100 Customer-Centric Units was held in February 2021 at the Rayzan International Conference Hall, with full compliance with health protocols. The festival was supported by the Presidential Office, the Association of Entrepreneurial Managers, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Iranian Managers Association, the International Brand Organization, and the National Petrochemical Company.
Various companies from different industries participated in this prestigious festival. During the closing ceremony, several companies that met the criteria set by the scientific committee were honored. Among them was Zarrin Sanat Sarv, which proudly received the Golden Plaque of this festival, once again demonstrating its commitment to customer dignity and consumer rights.
According to Zarrin Sanat Sarv’s PR department, this recognition marks another achievement in the field of customer satisfaction for the company. Receiving the Golden Plaque reaffirms the special and distinguished value the company places on its customers.
In the final speech of the festival, the Executive Secretary of the National Festival of 100 Customer-Centric Units emphasized that implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the key pillars for the development of domestic production, which companies and producers must pay attention to.
