The National Summit of Value-Creating Managers in the Transformation and Development of Iranian Businesses was held for the first time on August 9, 2021 (18 Mordad 1400) at the Raizen International Conference Center in Tehran. The event was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, the Iran Chamber of Commerce, and the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Iran.
This summit aimed to promote the culture of production and entrepreneurship, with a focus on honoring top managers of manufacturing, industrial, and economic units. Zarrin Sanat Sarv, as one of the well-known companies in the food industry, participated actively in this national summit and was awarded a special trophy.
The approaches, goals, and evaluation criteria of this summit included:
• Business development in national and international arenas
• The importance of strategic management in businesses
• The role of skills, creativity, and innovation in business development
• Innovative actions by managers in marketing and sales
• Entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, commercialization capability, wealth creation, use of advanced technology, and localization were also key criteria in evaluating managers at this event.
