In the competitive landscape of the distribution industry, reliance on traditional systems often leads to increased costs and reduced efficiency for producers. Sarv Nationwide Distribution Company was founded in 2024 with a scientific and modern approach to sales and distribution, aiming to distribute the products of Zarrin Sanat Sarv Company.
From the very beginning, Sarv has consistently built all its processes and operations on up-to-date knowledge, quality management systems, and continuous monitoring. This approach has enabled Sarv to quickly rise to a leading position in the country's distribution sector.
Today, with over 800 employees and a head office covering approximately 600 square meters located in the Zarrin Sanat Sarv Holding building, the company carries out wide-ranging activities across the nation.

Distribution Structure
To achieve an efficient sales and distribution system, Sarv’s operational structure is organized into the following segments:
- Retail Distribution – Tehran: Operates through two separate lines (McKenzie and Khoshbakht brands), covering over 24,000 retailers in Tehran and surrounding areas.
- Retail Distribution – Provinces: Includes 32 active hybrid branches for McKenzie and 24 active hybrid branches for Khoshbakht.



Chain Stores Distribution
- Chain Stores & Cooperatives Distribution: Actively collaborates with approximately 600 chain and cooperative stores nationwide.
- Wholesale Distribution – Tehran: Managed through an exclusive distributor based in Tehran’s main market.
- Distribution in Provinces Without Hybrid Branches: Handled by approximately 20 active representatives and local wholesalers.

Trade Marketing Department
Sarv's Trade Marketing Unit plays a vital role in enhancing the performance of the sales department by continuously analyzing market data, gathering customer feedback, providing ongoing training to the sales team, and managing contracts with key accounts.
